- 2Copy your API key and secret from the provider's dashboard.
- 3In EduxenOS, go to Settings > Payments and choose your provider.

Hosting & Infrastructure
EduxenOS is delivered as a fully managed cloud platform (SaaS). There is nothing to install, host, patch or back up — your institution simply signs in at eduxen.com (or your own white-label domain) and starts working. The EduxenOS team runs, secures, monitors and updates the platform for you.
EduxenOS Managed Cloud — hosted on AWS (Mumbai), fronted by Cloudflare
Managed Hosting
EduxenOS is a multi-tenant SaaS. Every institution gets an isolated, secure workspace on shared, fully-managed infrastructure — no servers, virtual machines or containers to operate.
- Zero infrastructure -- nothing to install, run or maintain on your side.
- Always current -- new features and security patches roll out continuously, so you are always on the latest version.
- Scales with you -- capacity is managed centrally and grows with your student and staff count.
- Data resident in India -- hosted on AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1).
What You Need
Because EduxenOS is cloud-hosted, the requirements are minimal:
| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| Web access | Any modern browser -- Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox (current versions) |
| Internet | A standard broadband or mobile connection |
| Mobile apps | Android (Google Play) and iOS -- optional, for students, parents and staff on the go |
| A working email address per user for invitations and password resets | |
| To onboard | Your student and staff data (we help you import it) and, optionally, your logo and brand colours |
Tip
Where It Runs
EduxenOS runs on enterprise cloud infrastructure managed entirely by the EduxenOS team.
| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| Cloud | Amazon Web Services (AWS), Mumbai region -- ap-south-1 |
| Edge & SSL | Cloudflare in front of every request -- automatic HTTPS, DDoS protection and global caching |
| Database | Managed PostgreSQL with automated backups and point-in-time recovery |
| Storage | Encrypted object storage for documents, photos and uploads |
| Data residency | All institution data stored in India |
Security & Reliability
Security and uptime are platform responsibilities -- handled for you, not configured by you.
- Encryption -- data encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Access control -- role-based permissions per campus and domain, Google SSO and optional 2FA.
- Audit trails -- every fee receipt, grade change and record journaled with a who, when and why.
- Tenant isolation -- each institution's data is logically isolated from every other tenant.
- Privacy by design -- built to India's DPDP Act 2023 principles (consent, data-minimisation, erasure).
- Continuous monitoring -- health checks and alerting run around the clock.
Backups & Recovery
Backups are fully automated and managed by EduxenOS -- there are no scripts to write or cron jobs to maintain.
- Automated database backups run on a regular schedule.
- Point-in-time recovery can restore to a moment before an incident.
- Encrypted, redundant storage keeps uploads and snapshots safe.
- Tested restores ensure backups are actually recoverable.
Tip
Custom Domain (White-Label)
Institutions on eligible plans can run EduxenOS on their own domain -- e.g. erp.yourschool.edu -- with their own logo, colours and login page.
- 1In School Admin to Custom Domain, enter the subdomain you want to use (e.g. erp.yourschool.edu).
- 2Add the single CNAME record we show you at your DNS provider.
- 3EduxenOS validates the domain and provisions an SSL certificate automatically (usually within minutes).
- 4Once active, staff, students and parents sign in at your branded address -- your DNS need not be on Cloudflare.
Tip
Onboarding & Migration
Getting started is guided -- no technical setup on your side.
- 1Book a demo or contact the team to set up your institution workspace.
- 2Share your existing data (students, staff, classes, fees). We help you import it.
- 3Add your branding -- logo, colours and, optionally, a custom domain.
- 4Invite staff and roll out the parent and student apps.
- 5Go live, with onboarding support from the EduxenOS team.

Help & Support
Common questions
| Feature | Description |
|---|---|
| Cannot sign in | Use "Forgot Password" on the login page to get a reset link, or ask your School Admin to reset it. Confirm you are using your institution's correct sign-in address. |
| Login redirect loop | Clear your browser cookies for the site and sign in again. If it persists, contact support. |
| A page will not load | Refresh, or try a private / incognito window to rule out a cached session. Most issues clear on reload. |
| File upload fails | Check the file size and format. Very large files may be rejected -- compress or split them. |
| Not receiving emails / SMS | Check spam folders for email. For SMS or WhatsApp, confirm the registered mobile number; an admin can re-send from the dashboard. |
| Need a data export or change | School Admins can export from the dashboard; for bulk operations contact support. |
For anything else, reach the EduxenOS team at [email protected], raise a ticket from the in-app support centre, or message us on WhatsApp. Priority support is available on higher plans.
